Returns & Exchanges

At TwCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your TwCare account, select the order you wish to return, and click the 'Request Return' button to generate your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
